Ideally, we ask for at least a 3 to 4 weeks' notice for fully customized event decor. We understand things happen and we will try our best to fit you in our schedule if there is a need for a rush order. Please be flexible with colors and design with all rush orders. A rush fee may be applied for last minute requests (7 days or less)

We collect 50% deposit to secure your date. All orders require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in full upon arrival to the event, PRIOR to set up. Events booked within the 7 day window, will need to be paid in full and a rush fee of 15% of total will apply.
Your date is only secured once the deposit is paid in full.
Deposits are fully refundable within 24 hours of booking. A 50% deposit is refunded if cancelled within 14 days. Deposit is non-refundable if order is cancelled after 14 days.
You may change the date if you need to, but please note dates are not guaranteed as they are first come first serve. We will do our best to reserve your new date.
We ask that you plan in advance for plan A and plan B in the event of inclement weather such as rain, wind, snow, etc. We cannot provide a refund in case of inclement weather with no change in plans or date. We can change the date if the date of request is available.

We charge delivery, installation and breakdown fees. Delivery is $35 each way for locations within a 15 mile radius of our location (Sterling,VA). Locations outside of the 15 mile radius, will incur an additional 0.75 cents per mile. Installations & Breakdowns are 20% of your total fee.
We use Paypal, Zelle, Venmo. & Cash. Cash only for payments under $500. We can send an invoice through Paypal if you prefer, but will incur a 3.5% transaction fee.
